Had my first appointment here today and I was pleasantly surprised. My dentist was Vinusha, she didn't rush me out, she listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly. As an NHS patient this was really nice experience.

Just visited today and had an appointment with the lovely dental hygienist Mirela. Very pleased with how quick and thorough she was with my cleaning. Hadn’t been in years so I was very nervous and full of anxiety, but both her and her nurse were so friendly and professional that they put me right at ease. Thank you so much! Reception team are very lovely also.

Have seen Emma a few times now, I cannot fault her excellent dentist. Saw Hygienist Phoebe for first time, what a steady hand she has, excellent work. Very pleased with both of these young ladies at Essex family dental care 5* treatment. Thank you.

I took my 6 year old for a routine check up. The dentist was nice and friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. The dental nurse was friendly and accommodating, even when finding stickers that she liked.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to! Staff on reception are very polite and always helpful. You don’t have to wait long to get an appointment! The dentists are very caring and do a great job 👏

I have used this dentist for years and have no complaints about them whatsoever. My latest visit was on Monday 23 June 2025 and as usual, the receptionists were lovely. I was checked by a new dentist who was also very pleasant. Can recommend this practice without hesitation.

Came to see the hygienist yesterday. Lady did a good job, although I’m really nervous at the dentist. Reception staff are lovely even after having to deal with a rude man at the desk. A guy came out to calm this down, very professional. Even the receptionist dealt with this well. I travel to get here but would never change.

I’m not so good at going to the dentist but I was made to feel very relaxed by the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist. The service was excellent. For once I won’t mind going back.

I have been going to this dentist for many years now. They have just recently had a refurb it's very nice in there now. The reception ladies are always very friendly. Never had any problems would highly recommend this surgery.Nov 2025: Just had to make another appointment as a large filling fell out. Seen pretty quickly, treatment plan started, appointment for next day to get work started. As always all staff very pleasant. I have never had any issues with this surgery.18/11/25: Visited today to have inlay fitted where my filling fell out. Seen on time, all done pretty quickly. Very happy with the treatment.

My son age 12 had his first tooth extraction with just an injection, what can I say the young man dentist sorry didn't get a name. Absolutely Fantastic with my son, had him laughing and 3 mins later tooth out, that's with a back tooth that should have been a sedation as near a nerve apparently. But we couldn't wait as he is having braces next week. 100% fantastic with the kids

5 stars! Gale street Dental care and their team are fantastic! I had an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in quickly. The reception staff are always super helpful and friendly. The dentist was professional, caring, and put me at ease. I'm so grateful for their excellent care. Highly recommend!
