How to find us
Buses run every 4-10 minutes from the local bus stop, which is less than a 1 minute walk from the practice:
- Route 165 runs from the Romford area to Rainham via Emerson Park, Hornchurch and Elm Park.
- Route 365 also runs from Romford to Rainham, stopping at Elm Park, Harrow Lodge Park, Roneo Corner and Havering Park.
Route 372 connects Hornchurch and Lakeside via Elm Park and Rainham.
Whilst the tube stations are a bit further from the practice, a combination of tube and bus/taxi travel may be ideal for some patients:
- Elm Park station, on the District Line, is a 28 minute walk from the practice, with trains running every 2-5 minutes. Trains run directly from Upminster to the city of London, with stops in Hornchurch, Dagenham and Barking. Romford can be reached within a few stops via connecting trains.
- Rainham station, a 30 minute walk from the surgery, is part of the C2C network which connects Rainham with Southend and Fenchurch Street. This service runs every 20-25 minutes.
There is a large parking bay outside the practice, available on a first come / first served basis. Free parking can also be found in the surrounding streets, but please note that there are restrictions in place on Ford Lane and Blacksmiths Lane. We would advise patients to check all road signs before parking.

Meet the team
Dentists
Dr Khetab graduated from the University of Debrecen in 2014 and has worked in both private and NHS settings. He holds a membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has completed postgraduate training in implants, full mouth rehabilitation and orthodontics treatments such as Invisalign. His work includes oral surgery, implants, adult orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and digital smile design.
Dr Moazzen graduated from Semmelweis University in 2022. She is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and has a strong interest in endodontics. Her goal is to provide the highest standard of care. She loves travelling, exploring new cultures and discovering unique dishes and flavours.
Dr Yong works in both general dentistry and special care dentistry. She has a passion for treating children and carries out inhalation sedation. Outside work she enjoys exploring new cities, hiking and discovering new foods.
Dr Foliadis graduated in 1988 in Johannesburg and has decades of experience, including owning his own clinic for 26 years. He enjoys dental aesthetics and oral surgery. He spends his free time with his wife and children, watching sports, cycling and travelling.
Hygienists
Alexandra is a general dentist and hygienist with a bachelor's degree in dental science from Ovidius University, Romania. She focusses on preventive care, oral hygiene and periodontics, and values patient education and comfort.
