Went for routine check up and was concerned regarding something, walked in the new design deco is so nice , lovely and clean..receptionist greeted me nice and polite...The dentist Sara I saw, she was lovely smiling and the dental nurse was smiling too both polite and positive attitude.. dentist listened to my concerns and referred me to the hospital. Reassured me also, so cosy in dental room I could have nodded off lol.. left happy 😊

I would highly recommend Orchard Road Dental Surgery! I have small 2 children and the team are very polite and welcoming. The dentist took the time to make my children feel comfortable and at ease when having their check up. I am a very nervous person at the dentist so it helps that they can help make the children feel comfortable, as well as myself when it's been my turn. I have been coming here since I was a child and will continue to do so.

Always helpful and staff have a way at making me feel relaxed which is tough considering I do have a fear of the dentist. I come here over 20yrs ago as an emergency over Christmas and although it's out of my catchment area and I remained a patient which says alot about the surgery.

I have been attending this dental practice since I was a baby. I have known the reception staff since I was around 11 years old, so I always feel welcomed when I arrive. The reason I have stayed loyal to this surgery is because it's consistent with providing top care for me over these past 40 years. The staff are always kind and caring, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended

Having been a patient for a decade+ it's refreshing to know that when I had a problem it was addressed by the hospitable general manager himself (Mr. S Morgan) and a follow up was conducted during my next visit. This was a kind gesture. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Dr Ganesalingam is a respectful dentist who answers questions thoroughly and gives compassionate advice 🌟

Yesterday, my son had a dental procedure involving sedation to remove two teeth, and I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing care we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative. They made both my son and I feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and showed genuine care and kindness.

Everyone I dealt with today was so friendly and professional. Vinusha, my dentist, has a lovely manner and made me feel comfortable. I have been with this practice for years; it is a five-star dental practice!

Had 3 fillings done here under sedation and it was like it never happened. I closed my eye and opened them and it was done. I was nervous before the appointment but they got me sedated within a couple of mins of being in the dentists chair.

I have used this dentist for years and have no complaints about them whatsoever. My latest visit was on Monday 23 June 2025 and as usual, the receptionists were lovely. I was checked by a new dentist who was also very pleasant. Can recommend this practice without hesitation.

Appointment was made at a date and time of my choice. Did not have to wait long at all for my treatment. Was done quickly and swiftly. Painless process. Thanks
