Came to see the hygienist yesterday. Lady did a good job, although I’m really nervous at the dentist. Reception staff are lovely even after having to deal with a rude man at the desk. A guy came out to calm this down, very professional. Even the receptionist dealt with this well. I travel to get here but would never change.

The treatment I received was life-changing. The doctors took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I felt valued as a patient, and the results exceeded my expectations.

I have been going to this dentist for many years now. They have just recently had a refurb it's very nice in there now. The reception ladies are always very friendly. Never had any problems would highly recommend this surgery.Nov 2025: Just had to make another appointment as a large filling fell out. Seen pretty quickly, treatment plan started, appointment for next day to get work started. As always all staff very pleasant. I have never had any issues with this surgery.18/11/25: Visited today to have inlay fitted where my filling fell out. Seen on time, all done pretty quickly. Very happy with the treatment.

Have seen Emma a few times now, I cannot fault her excellent dentist. Saw Hygienist Phoebe for first time, what a steady hand she has, excellent work. Very pleased with both of these young ladies at Essex family dental care 5* treatment. Thank you.

My experience at this dental surgery was amazing, excellent and fantastic! My appointment was with Kiana Moazzen. This dentist was simply amazing as I was very satisfied with my treatment. Very patient, professional and friendly. Thank you so much! The receptionists also were very caring, kind and understanding.

By far the best dentist. I called 111 due to my son having a sensitive tooth & in lots of pain. Got an emergency appointment and from the minute we arrived everyone was fantastic! The receptionist with blonde hair was such a lovely lady & very welcoming. All the staff were so attentive & made my son feel so relaxed. They gave us very good advice and reassurance why my son had pain. My son was so happy and even got a sticker too. Thankyou so much to all the team here. We will both be coming here as our dentist. Such a clean, stunning dentist was absolutely blown away

I had not been to a dentist for 15 years from fear brought on by previous experiences with Dentists. I came here and was treated by the most brilliant team — my fear has gone knowing they understood and were patient with me. I actually am looking forward to my next visit. Anyone who has a fear get in touch with this amazing team.

Had 3 fillings done here under sedation and it was like it never happened. I closed my eye and opened them and it was done. I was nervous before the appointment but they got me sedated within a couple of mins of being in the dentists chair.

I had a wonderful experience! The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming. Dr. Artman and Andreea are incredibly professional and attentive. Andreea is kind and caring — she made the whole visit smooth and stress-free with her gentle approach. Highly recommend.

Always helpful and staff have a way at making me feel relaxed which is tough considering I do have a fear of the dentist. I come here over 20yrs ago as an emergency over Christmas and although it's out of my catchment area and I remained a patient which says alot about the surgery.

I have used this dentist for years and have no complaints about them whatsoever. My latest visit was on Monday 23 June 2025 and as usual, the receptionists were lovely. I was checked by a new dentist who was also very pleasant. Can recommend this practice without hesitation.
