I had not been to a dentist for 15 years from fear brought on by previous experiences with Dentists. I came here and was treated by the most brilliant team — my fear has gone knowing they understood and were patient with me. I actually am looking forward to my next visit. Anyone who has a fear get in touch with this amazing team.

Came to see the hygienist yesterday. Lady did a good job, although I’m really nervous at the dentist. Reception staff are lovely even after having to deal with a rude man at the desk. A guy came out to calm this down, very professional. Even the receptionist dealt with this well. I travel to get here but would never change.

Appointment was made at a date and time of my choice. Did not have to wait long at all for my treatment. Was done quickly and swiftly. Painless process. Thanks

I took my 6 year old for a routine check up. The dentist was nice and friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. The dental nurse was friendly and accommodating, even when finding stickers that she liked.

Brought both children after school. Lovely clean practice. Very kind, professional and quick. My children were very good because the practice and staff were very inviting. Very good with children. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to this dentist for many years now. They have just recently had a refurb it's very nice in there now. The reception ladies are always very friendly. Never had any problems would highly recommend this surgery.Nov 2025: Just had to make another appointment as a large filling fell out. Seen pretty quickly, treatment plan started, appointment for next day to get work started. As always all staff very pleasant. I have never had any issues with this surgery.18/11/25: Visited today to have inlay fitted where my filling fell out. Seen on time, all done pretty quickly. Very happy with the treatment.

I would highly recommend Orchard Road Dental Surgery! I have small 2 children and the team are very polite and welcoming. The dentist took the time to make my children feel comfortable and at ease when having their check up. I am a very nervous person at the dentist so it helps that they can help make the children feel comfortable, as well as myself when it's been my turn. I have been coming here since I was a child and will continue to do so.

I would like to say that when I heard my regular dentist was leaving the practice back in January of this year I was quite concerned but having seen Amrit Kasbia on 2 occasions now, my fears have totally been put to bed. I would in fact go as far to say he is even better than my previous dentist. I would highly recommend him.

Having been a patient for a decade+ it's refreshing to know that when I had a problem it was addressed by the hospitable general manager himself (Mr. S Morgan) and a follow up was conducted during my next visit. This was a kind gesture. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Dr Ganesalingam is a respectful dentist who answers questions thoroughly and gives compassionate advice 🌟

I attended for a routine check up and having completed the online health check there was no waiting around on arrival. Pleasant reception staff greeted me. The dental nurse was lovely as was the dentist. All over and done with in no time which is good for me as a nervous patient!!! Would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been attending this dental practice since I was a baby. I have known the reception staff since I was around 11 years old, so I always feel welcomed when I arrive. The reason I have stayed loyal to this surgery is because it's consistent with providing top care for me over these past 40 years. The staff are always kind and caring, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended
