You have to keep in mind that you will need to replace them every 7 to 10 years depending on the rate your bone and gum line recedes. The cost of cleaning agent yearly can add up over 20/30 years.  That being said the initial investment with an implant ranges from £1400 plus a dental crown costing from £650. Keep in mind implant shouldn’t need replacing and should last a lifetime with the proper care.
